Start with an AI & Tech Assessment

A one-time, structured review of your fulfillment flow, inventory, app stack and automation gaps, including where AI actually fits. You get a short written report with 3 to 5 fixes ranked by impact and effort, plus a 30-minute debrief call. It stands on its own, with no retainer required.

Fixed-scope projects

One clear problem, one quote, one delivery: a sync between two systems, an automation, a custom report. Good when you know what's broken.

Monthly retainers

For brands that want a technical partner on call. Retainers range from keeping your custom apps running and updated, to ongoing workflow improvements and a technical roadmap, to new builds and integrations with quarterly planning. Scope and price are set on a short intro call.
